Broker

All transactions on Mint Capital run under Mint Homes Real Estate L.L.C. (DED licensed; ORN 49785). Every listing shows its Trakheesi permit number.

Dual representation

Mint Homes Real Estate L.L.C. acts for both the buyer and the seller in this transaction. Both parties must accept this in writing (Forms A and B).

Common ownership

Mint Homes Real Estate L.L.C. and VayK Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C. share the same owner. On VayK-managed listings we state: “This property is managed by VayK Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C., which shares common ownership with Mint Homes Real Estate L.L.C.” VayK follows the same eligibility rules, supplies the same evidence and receives the same partner terms as every other operator, with no ranking advantage.

Partner referrals

Partner operators who refer a buyer or seller may receive a share of the commission from that side. This payment is made from Mint Homes’ commission and does not increase the fees paid by buyers or sellers.

Revenue figures

Past performance does not guarantee future income. All figures are dated and verified as stated. Revenue is shown after booking platform fees for the trailing 12 months stated on each listing.

Ranking

Listings are ranked only by net yield on the asking price, using the published methodology. Sellers and partners cannot pay for placement.

Mint Capital coordinates the transaction and paperwork. It does not give legal advice; buyers and sellers are encouraged to take independent legal advice.
