Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, country of residence and preferences.
- KYC documents: passport, Emirates ID, proof of address and source of funds information.
- Seller information: property details and, with the owner’s written authorisation, revenue records, payout reports and bank statements.
- Partner referrals: the name and contact details of people a partner introduces with their agreement.
- Technical data: IP address and activity on the platform, used for security.
Why we use it
- To provide brokerage services and coordinate transactions.
- To meet anti-money laundering and KYC obligations.
- To verify and present listing revenue.
- To send Yield Alerts and the Yield Report, if you ask for them.
How we protect it
KYC documents and data room files are stored in a private area of our server that cannot be reached from the web, and are available only to authorised staff. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to complete a transaction (for example with the other party’s conveyancing, the developer, the DLD Registration Trustee or the operator), where the law requires it, or with your consent. Detailed revenue documents are shown only to verified investors who request a data room.
Retention
We keep KYC and transaction records for the period required by UAE anti-money laundering law. You can close your account or unsubscribe from alerts at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Email us to make a request.
